don’t let the need or idea of perfection stop you
thinking we need the “ducks in a row”
• the SOPs written
• instructions detailed
• spreadsheet mapped
One of the best insights I’ve heard from a fellow founder:
you can utilize communication as a system
as long as you focus on problem solving
and proactive action forward
you can make progress.
It doesn’t mean to not plan or have structure
but it does beg the question:
What are you putting on hold right now that can be overcome by dismissing the idea of having “everything ready”?
Remember:
The more action you take, the more doors you open to something new/unknown that you would have never planned for.
The only way to get there is to start now.
