If you’re working to achieve a new level of growth… to go where you haven’t been before:
don’t let growth depend on you.
Let growth depend on your systems or your frameworks designed to reach your growth goals.
For example, I’m training for a half Ironman.
I got to do 70.3 miles
I’ve never done that before.
If I depended on me, I would maybe think I’m working out hard but I might also be fooling myself (note: for my olympic distance triathlon, I got a reality check that the training program I made for myself wasn’t enough)
So, since I never done 70 miles before, I bought a coaching program and I’m following the program.
And now I have a fitness level that I never had before because I’m actually training smart (and very hard)
For your growth:
When you follow a proven framework, it’s less about “is the framework flawed?”
and more about:
“what are the quality of my inputs and execution in that framework?”
because every time I hear
• “outreach isn’t working for me”
• “this tactic doesn’t work”
• “[insert your activity here] is dead”
that’s like saying
“exercise doesn’t work”
Yet exercise always works…
Knowing this: what frameworks do you need to reassess?
Message me and let me know because if you’re looking to achieve something I’ve already done (either in my own business or with clients), I can review your frameworks with you to see if you’re on the right path.
