Growth Takes Adjustments

I hear often from founders when embarking on a new initiative and things don’t work out on the first try:

“When will I know if I should move on or try again?”

Growth requires micro-adjustments, yet most quit or fall short because 1 thing didn’t worked out as planned.

The key is to:

• identify the specific variables you control within each process

• commit to making 1% improvements across all departments

• trust the framework even when immediate results aren’t visible

• understand that optimization looks boring day-to-day

• recognize that small changes stack over time

The raw answer:

» You adjust as many times as it takes to figure it out or throw in the towel.

Working with experts and proven frameworks only increases your chances of success

but isn’t going to magically make the work go away.

That’s like me thinking Im going to magically cross the triathlon finish line because I hired a coach.

You still have to go through the work

The only difference is KNOWING

the actions and framework you’re taken are proven

and the making the micro adjustments to fit your

– working style

– goals

– team

– offers

– market

– product

etc.
