How do I customize and organize my daily actions for long term results?

My daily actions fall into one of these three categories: 20-mile hike, build up, today.

20 Mile Hike: I met a gentleman named Thomas in Wrightwood CA. He hiked the Pacific Crest Trail TWICE. I never knew about the #PCT until hearing him speak about it. It’s 2,653 miles long and goes from Mexico all through California to Canada! The hike takes roughly 5-6 months to complete and every day you need to hike a min of 20 miles.
