yet, with many markets, messaging gets messy and prospects get confused…
if people don’t know what you’ll do for them, how will they buy?
A key focus I take with each client is to break everything down and start by answering:
who values your work the most?
(Asymmetrical value, where your fees are small compared to the value)
Starting with WHO first and from there working backwards to ID:
• the problems they have
• the results they get working with you
And then matching everything back to your business model and packaging your solutions to an offer (price, terms, plan).
