Speed Can Be Deceptive

you can be moving fast but if it’s in every direction:

you’re not going anywhere!

I see this come up a lot in quarterly planning with clients

we want to conquer the world in a quarter

Now, the ambition isn’t the issue (I think we can all be a bit more driven)

but the problem is just trying to do TOO MUCH, ALL the time

speed without direction is stress

One of the key exercises I practice and work with clients is to answer:

• “what do I and only I do that drives the most impact”

• “what do I need to stop doing”

• “what do I need to keep doing?”

• “what do I need to start doing?”

(I personally ask #1 every week to figure out what can I offload, delete or create an agent to do for me)

Try this and lmk if you find more clarity
