I’m not one to “hack” or give “shortcuts”
but I personally
• bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of services
• invested thousands in software per month
• sold millions in services
and have seen the good and the bad.
the 1 growth hack I see too many people miss:
» keep your promises.
I cannot believe how normal it is for people to not fulfill on their promises
• blatant lies on sales calls to get you to sign
• phantom scope items that get done poorly
• value pricing and future pacing hype only to get the rug from pulled under you
It’s wild.
Keeping your promises is a growth hack because:
1 – the more you keep your promises and do good work
2 – creates a level of consistency from sales, to marketing to fulfillment (culture)
3 – word gets out and you attract the right clients and talent
It’s not that complicated.
Be consistent, follow through, and whatever growth goal you have, you will achieve.
It’s just a matter of time.
