What are some of the important daily habits you stick to? Every day is different however there are habits that are essential to bring balance and peace into what otherwise may be a very busy life. I found that it’s easier to stick to my daily habits if I do them in the morning (what can I say, I’m a morning person) Here’s a bit of what I do to start my day:
