When you sell services:

there are leads

and then there are relationships.

These are not the same.

• get dripped emails & campaigns
• get hammered on by sales reps
• get retargeting ads

• get 1on1 conversations
• get direct access to you for intro calls
• can introduce you to other relationships (for co-marketing, referrals, or collaborations)

If you go out to find more leads, you’ll always come back looking for more

But if you go out to build relationships,

you won’t have enough time in the day to handle them all

(at least I haven’t been able to)
