AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Do Good Work ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at https://dogoodwork.io (the "Site") and any related services, products, content, or features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Do Good Work provides growth strategy consulting, coaching, digital content, educational materials, newsletters, and related services for business owners and founders. Our Services may include (but are not limited to) one-on-one coaching, group programs, digital courses, workshops, newsletters, podcasts, and related content delivered through our Site and third-party platforms.

USER ACCOUNTS

Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

If you purchase any services or products through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

REFUND POLICY

Refund terms for specific services and programs will be outlined in the applicable service agreement or purchase confirmation at the time of enrollment. If no specific refund terms are provided, requests for refunds may be submitted to hello@dogoodwork.io and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Site ("Content"), is the property of Do Good Workor its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your results depend on many factors including but not limited to your effort, business model, market conditions, and implementation. Nothing in our Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific legal, financial, or tax matters.

TESTIMONIALS AND EARNINGS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

SEVERABILITY

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
