I recently had a caffeinated walk with a friend (coffee + outdoor walk) and no matter how deep we go with technology, AI, and business growth
the core fundamentals remain:
understanding human nature to better serve people.
Our conversation led me to share the what I call the inner dialogue framework to address the fundamental questions we ask philosophically as humans.
In the framework I incorporate metaphysics (what is real), epistemology (how do we talk about what is real), anthropology (what is humanity under that lenses of what is real), ethics (how do we treat others based on this definition of what is real and humanity)
and also key questions I’ve consolidated from my (never ending) rich study of human performance & self image psychology (I love this stuff)
Below is the framework I recommend you use to understand
1 – yourself
2 – your ideal clients
This framework will help you become a better human in general because you’ll increase your emotional intelligence muscle…
but don’t worry, it can help you sell more effectively, build stronger relationships, and possibly increase revenue and lifetime value
These following Inner Dialogue framework is an excerpt from my book Growth Plan, which you can get for free here (if you haven’t already)
Enjoy.
